My experience was FAR from good Injun. It was all I could do sometimes to keep from smacking that smart-##### in the mouth. We had several verbal exchanges. One day he blew right through a solid red light at a busy intersection in Spirit Lake, Iowa. I thought I was going to blow a gasket. He knew he had F'd up. When I said 'You have got to be effen kidding me", Mr smart ##### didn't have a word to say after that. Worst 4 weeks I have ever spent in a truck. BTW, how did I seem to get on your bad side?

Blue you out of Memphis? Ms. Daphne needs to know about this bum. And if you have anything about safety be sure to contact Ron Presley the safety guy.

I talked to a student that had issues with his trainer and Ron set the bum straight. Even whacked on their DM for some things.

He claims Elvis is his cousin. My girl friend's family is from the Tupelo area. Her mom says they are related to Elvis.

So maybe my GF is related to the "log Nazi?" :biggrin_25523:

Tiger58, you asked how you may have aggravated me. This is how:

I spoke with Bluebonn on the phone and heard the tone in his voice on the days this was going on. He was genuinely concerned for his own well being. I made a phone call to someone within Swift's Driver Services circuit who made a couple of phone calls himself and then gave me some feedback on the situation. The part that I was most concerned with was the denial of necessary medication.

I can't think of any good reason Bluebonn would make up such a thing, first off, and then not only tell me initially to let him try to handle it, but when he had been without that medication for over 36 hours (a daily medication and necessary for his survival) he became desperate enough to give me information about someone he knew dang good and well could make his life miserable for the next month. I saw his responses in the text messages he sent to my phone. His messaging was .....doomed, for lack of a better word, to either becoming very ill or having to deal with a crappy attitude for four more weeks. He chose the lesser of two evils.

Until you have been personally involved in some of these situations, you can't possibly know what's going on or be able to make a conclusion such as the one you made above. I typically don't get involved if there are only personality differences and a mentor who hollers occasionally or gets a little stressed sometimes. When someone's personal safety and well-being are threatened, I still will not get involved unless one of two conditions are present: someone is in fear of physical violence (as in TruckerDragon's case) or someone's health is in danger (as was the case here) and even then only take action if there is no other way to resolve it. I will not sit by and wait for someone to become ill or injured at the hands of a careless or malicious mentor if there is a reasonable way to prevent it and the student is an active participant in the intervention.

So, for you to sit behind your computer and make statements like the one above simply because you, personally, were not in such dire straits with your mentor ...comes across as pompous and arrogant. Just because you have never personally been exposed to murder, doesn't mean people don't kill each other. By saying and repeating several times the above statement, you are, in effect calling Bluebonn a liar....and me, too, since I have some first-hand involvement in the original situation that brought attention to Bluebonn's predicament. And I really, really hate being called a liar.

Buckeye 'bedder and PainNdaNeck Thank this.
