I dont think anger is an issue just tryin to figure this company out as far as how they will treat drivers once they are in the seat.the companies seem to have forgottin that without the driver they have no company.

LOL yep showin my age now with bjm lol

When I was up there first of January we had to double up in the rooms. Two queen beds, refrigerator, and a microwave. Rooms are decent but the breakfast was a bit on the weak side. As far as Mark goes I can assure you his reasons for leaving were personal and had nothing to do with the shop or a cargo claim. Since I have been here all of the shop and office personnel have been nothing but helpful and professional. These guys have their ducks in a row and you wouldn't believe the positive attitude in the office and amongst the drivers. Look forward to meeting you guys done the road. Good luck.

thanks for postin I just talked to mark and its all good he was just bein vague for a bit but in general he was quite happy with the company.
Im just not to sure about the upper management lol CRST-KLLM-ARROW
thats not the best combination. -
So Black Shirts how is everything so far you gettin the miles and is payroll held back
-
Day three of orientation - went over payroll, had a Cummins rep come in to talk about the ISX engine, and road tests....HR still finishing up all the compliance stuff they have to do on us to clear us...that will get done tomorrow morning then truck assignments and loads.
We also had the OTR manager come in and speak with us today. All of the top management has changed since August...and it looks like it has changed for the better. JBS is trying to do the right thing in building the company.
So I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt for now and get out there and see what I do running....My personal opinion is that this company is on the right track and has the potential to become a really good carrier.
I will continue to update on here as things occur...The Challenger and rickway65 Thank this.
