"Hover" technology like "Doc" had on the DeLorean in Back To The Future.

Actually, I do have some ideas.... But I won't speak of them until "I" have them patented and copyrighted.

    Some good ideas Rerun!

albhb3 if you get a list of winning lotto truck stops let me know. I won't tell anyone!

I loved satellite radio and frankly don't think I could drive without it! Personally I think it is well worth the money and there are all kinds of deals you can make with them to get it cheaper. They are begging for new customers!

no, the typical white lines that make the lanes, as well as the fog line and yellow left lane/shoulder lines...

many years ago tiny glass beads, about the size of the head of a common pin were mixed into the white or yellow paint and this was very highly reflective at night or during rain storms. you would actually be able to see all this painted lines..

but those glass beads made for very slippery roads as well especially when people would change lanes, they'd spin out...

so now, the glass beads are not used....
i used to pick up the highway paint and glass beads in MD and bring that load up to Franklin,Mass i believe to a company then called, "Highway Markings"...they had the contracts to re-stripe the white/yellow lines along the highways up here...

so now thanks in part to the dumb@ss 4 wheelers we can barley see the painted lines in even the lightest of rainfall......

    1) Tractor wheelbases need to get shorter. And yes, it IS possible to keep interior space the same while the wheelbase gets shorter.

    2) Decent sound insulation as well as temerature insulation in the cab and sleeper.

    3) i don't see why truck sleepers STILL don't have toilets in them. It doesn't have to be big; i'm talking like on a bus/rv/airplane.

Shorter wheelbase? Why in the world would you want that?
