It was alot of info to take in wit the phyical, drug test, and the waitin around i felt like they was testing us to see who would crack first... First day 2 people got sent packaging cuz they were train on a auto instead of a stick... Another got sent home cuz his sugar was too high..... i just got done with orientation on thursday in columbus, ohio and they made everyone who was not from the swift training class go and do a road test. like me, i havent been in a truck since 2008 and they made me take one and are making me go out with a mentor so chances are you will have to take a road test, even one guy that was with schnider for 3 years and stoped driving for them the week before comming to swift had to take a road test. but if your going out with a mentor then its easy. it was just two left turns and two right turns and then that was my whole road test. lol.

it dosent matter what you have or have not done you will take a road test with any company they will not just take your word for it that you can drive.
if no road test were an option youd be able to get a cdl without a road test.
I really dont see that happining and remember recruiters lie

Just came back from harrisburg... Wow is all i can say.... For the second in about a month time... I left my home thinging i had a job only to be sent packing back home... This time around i had to redo my piss test..... Find i got plenty of that..... That happen on a monday... For the next 96 hrs... I just wanted for my drivers code... Never happen today i learner that the processor out in pho. Never hold my mvr... And that put me in a holding pattern for the code... Thursday comes around and nuthing happen... They come to me and say we got a bus ticket and we are sending u home til ur mvr comes back... So by this time i am totally heated ready to say to hell wit this job and this company... But i figure it can't get no worst.... P.s. Stay the #### away from that jonestown terminal b service driver was waitin for 4 days to get it done....

Well, atleast they sent you home while you wait. things happen the mvr isnt really on them, it comes from your state, so if your state is taking to long getting it to them, then blame the right person.

As far as b services, we all know, really doesnt matter where you go, its just a matter of how many trucks are ahead of you. Take that as a clue, schedule your b services at your home termainl, and go home.

The road test the experienced drivers get is the easy one, the one trainees get is more detailed etc...

Everyone gets a road test. Those who go out with mentors will usually get theirs when they come in from their mentors' trucks.

    Nothin' new under the sun.

Regarding the wizz quiz....ever ask yourself why you keep having to repeat it? You might have some metabolic problem that's causing you grief.
