Told we cant take you... Why?

    Once again...modeling. Lets say you took the same spot as co. after running the same freight as o/o for years. You would have intimate knowledge of what it should pay and maybe the % to co. is not up to par with o/o. In other words, they couldn't screw you.

    Or perhaps they felt that after being o/o, you couldn't transition to the co. side. You wouldn't be happy and they would lose you.

    There's a hundred stereo types in a model ( driver, mechanic, manager ) and they believe through experience this model works best. The closer you are to the stereo type the better you fit.

    Don't think I fit the "model" either, just refused to fill out things online or over the phone, went in to talk to the Recuiter, you can do that in some regions, had 3 jobs in 1.5 years, was 64 years old, retired Manager, 4 years later - still with them, they have treated me very well,,,, good luck
