got my truck stuck

Besides chains its a really good idea to keep a couple bags of snow melt in the truck. A little bit of that stuff goes a long way and has gotten me out of many, many jams!

 

They do. They even suck worse when pulling sets. . .

 

With a single axle you want to use the highest gear possible.

 

In your career you're gonna ba amazed at how easy it is to get a big rig stuck.

 

Two thirds clay kitty litter, one third salt. Melts and gives traction. They sell that, but it's cheap to make your own and keep a bin or bucket of it in your side box.

yes I am sure you will have to talk to safety, according to how many instances etc maybe watch a video etc

 

yes i have had drivers who have had to chain up just to back into a dock
