The following is a email i got from kts trucking read this if you want info on this company.

Our equipment is 2009 and newer by May 1st our fleet will be 2010 and newer we have traded all the 2009 trucks. Most of our trucks have the APU and friges we use qual comm. and
E-logs Drivers have to run legal with us. We have norpass on all the Prostars and each driver has the option to obtain pre-pass at their own cost of $16.00 per month. We pay for lumpers, tolls and scales. Our drivers do follow our routing and fuel solutions we use the LOVES, PILOTS, PETRO’s and T/A truck stops. We have Transflo & Tripak scanning which speeds up your pay and our billing. Our Trucks are governed at 68 MPH we allow riders after 30 days at no cost to our drivers Children have to be 12 or older and your child or stepchild in order to ride on the truck. We allow dogs only but there is a $750.00 non-refundable pet deposit taken out of your check at $100.00 per week. We pay every Wednesday by direct deposit or you can have your money put on the com data card. We offer Med and Dental after 6 months and we have Aflack available if you choose. Pay is .30 cpm .08 cents of that is per diem and we have up to .04cpm in bonus every month after 90 days we do a performance based review if you meet your bench marks you can get a raise at that time. Every driver is required to do a driver bond it is $750.00 we take $25.00 a week until your bond is satisfied. That money sits in your account and at the end of employment if you leave without owing the company any money and you return all equipment in the condition it was issued to you we refund the money. Our drivers are required to have 4 load locks and a lock kit if you have your own load locks you can use them or you can purchase those from us at $35.00 each and the lock kit is $80.00 we do a payment plan of $15.00 per week and at the end of employment if you return the locks we buy them back at the same amount. KTS does not have a lease purchase program those are designed for the company not the driver.
We do allow smoking in the trucks you will assigned a truck we do not not slip seat unless your truck is in the shop for some reason and you need to keep on running. Orientation is in Salt Lake City UT you have to get here on your own but we pay for your hotel, lunch and the drug screen. Our orientation is one day as soon as ur drug screen is back you will go out on the truck. I hope I covered all of your questions if not please call me. Have a great day.:biggrin_25515:

Really....sounds like a crappy deal to me..
You know they would always find a reason to keep that "driver bond" money..
Another company bending the driver over without any lube!

how can you drive a truck 100,000+ miles per yer and be able to return it in the condition you got it?
If you have a dog, buy the equipment, post the bond......
You are the new profit center!
