what do you guys think about my little problem...

Well i finally got this all taken care of, sorry i havent been able to post an update as to of what all i ended up doing, here is what all i did.

on wednesday as soon as they opened up i called the indana BMV and they said that everything was filed and fixed at 2:09 am and it would take upto 24 hours for the national database to be updated and i was like alsome! then i was told by swift that i needed to buy a new copy of my driving record from the Indiana BMV, well ok i can do that, i went online and managed to buy a copy off there website and emailed that to swift. turns out what Indiana did when i looked at the driving record is they marked me as giving up my CDL so this might cause me problems down the road but i can hope not. i called up Ohio again and they said it shouldn't cause me any problems because everything on my Ohio side is all valid and fine and i let swift know about all this.

i finally got coded with swift yesterday and immediately got a call from them asking if i was ready to go out with my trainer and i said heck yea and they gave me a bus ticket for Saturday so i will be out with my trainer Saturday night. hope all goes well and thank you guys for all the help.

also the reason Indiana suspended my CDL was because they require you to have a up to date copy of my physical on file with them (if you live in that state anyway) and when my old physical expired and they didn't get a updated copy they suspended my driving privileges.

 

hey guys. just wanted to give you guys a update. sorry i havent been on but i havent had much time till the past day or two. been doing all kinds of loads going to new york and serounding area. lol. i hate new york traffic. my mentor that i got is a cool guy but he is having kid / ex wife problems so he is always distracted and such but we start going team today. been stuck in the memphis terminal for the past 1 1/2 days. he had some stuff to take care of and we had to replace the dish on the qualcomm because it was refuseing to work. my daily sign on for pay was sitting in the qualcomm for almost 7 hours before it finaly got signal long enough to send. lol. but thats all fixed now and we are getting another load going back to newark, nj. but i just wanted to give you guys an update.
