You my friend are reading parts that have been deleted from CFR 49 along time ago. You cannot get me on regs. I trained many a DOT cops, for far too many years.

Really, and just what are these regs from the 200's

 

Parts 200-299 & 300-399 covers the Federal Railroad Administration and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

 

Resendied regulations mean nothing. They are from the past and have no bearing on today. Just because you can read a cover of a book gives you no insight to regulations. When you can walk the walk, come talk the talk.
