No food! No water or bathroom and expected to stay in truck

Passed the road test and now officially a solo driver! Called Houston and no truck yet so they said to just go home and call on Monday!!

Darn I was hoping to just go straight out this weekend.

Things are much more believable in real time. I've seen it posted on another Swift thread that the student is supposed to have a weekly contact/report with Driver's Services. That is the appropriate time to report all concerns. Tolerating abuse for weeks on end without informing Driver's Services in real time is the same as giving this mentor the green light to continue the abuse. The protective and deterring procedures are in place and Blue is failing to use them. I'm afraid reporting all this crap after the fact (when he's off the truck) will carry much less weight than it would have if reported in real time. I've seen this scenerio too many times with abuse and rape victims. The failure to report the abuse allows for more to be abused when a little courage to do the right thing can prevent others from being victimized.

I don't know what is going to happen to him. Right before I left the terminal they had called him in for a drug test. Dunno if this is the start of them doing something or just random.

I'm at home right now and really did not want to come home just yet but glad a did. Had some issues arise with my teenage son and had to pick him up at the airport 30 minutes after I got home.

Now I just call Houston Monday and see if they have me a truck. Hope it don't take too long to get a truck.

Yea you are right but most of the time the mentor is right there with you when you call. I was told to call mine while he was driving.
