Okay, they got the thief and supplier, but what about the customers? Without customers, he would have had nowhere to go with all that fuel. They completed the investigation in 2007, but waited to charge a now 74-year-old man with federal crimes. I hope he was sitting in the Hoosegow in the mean time on State convictions.

I hope he gets hung out to dry.

    *snort!*

He never went in! He was on Probation!

If a Convict serves time and is then released, he or she is on Parole. Probation is a slap on the wrist..."Bad old man! Don't do it again!"

Apparently, the theft of thousands of gallons of fuel isn't that important to the State of Flori-duh.
