You are still lying to people or maybe you don't know what is going on in your house, I have the proof that was forwarded to Osha and The FMCSA, and this hand is right, it shows up, DOT told me that 2 other drivers had been told to unplug the QUALCOMM.. I don't know what the QUALCOMM said on the other drivers but mine said I was on duty not driving for like a week strait. Pictures where taken of the QUALCOMM, screen. Plus the phone calls saying it should stop working are recorded.
Drivers where asking how it was to work at JBS, I gave a true account of how it was for me over 2 years, I am not the only one on hear that said he had to unplug his QUALCOMM. I'm not the only one that was not happy with it.
I did stay for 2 years, that is longer than most and I did hope that it would turn around, But brother I don't lie and if you cant even say that this could happen than why even bother with this dialog. Because you don't even know how the QUALCOMM works. Or your Driver managers...

Driver without going threw all the he said she said stuff, when I was told the first time to unplug the QC.
( trust me I did it under duress) I was told that with out power it would not record and I would have to let it catch up with me after I made the drop, but that is not what happened. I was at a fuel stop when they called me, I was told I had to leave it unplugged a few days and finish the next trip, but when I plugged it back in it showed that I was on duty not driving the hole time. the next time they said to go to off duty before I unplugged it. But this time when I plugged it back in it showed that I was in the sleeper birth for a few days.
My guess I do not know for sure but I think that the driver manager can change what it says on his side.

Also what I was wondering how its JBS's fault that a driver on his own accord runs illegally.

What makes you think I am unhappy? because I told the truth what happened to me at JBS. I don’t know you, and what you think about me has no barring on me or the truth.

How did I unplug it? Under the sleeper on the black QC box, the big wire that says power.

This is Mrs Angel here. HC you said you worked for JBS two years. Apparently tou are not there now since you said you were there in the beginning when a driver (a bull hauler had an accident ) So if you dont work for JBS why stir up so much crap on this thread now? The company is trying to improve, leave it go man.
