It was not on my own accord, I was told that if I did not make the drop on time for Kin he would not load me any more, so my job would be real slow...

I guess the moral of the story is don't bite to hard, all punns aside it must be exciting to start up a new job i remember my first orinitation excuse the spelling the real work starts when your out on the road that really sorts the men out from the boys i remember when they got us over to Texas to get our CDL's and all these old hands at the wheel were all bragging about what they'd done where they'd drive with in 3 months they'd all left the company i was just sitting back and saying nothing and let my driving do the talking.:biggrin_25513:

I was asked how it was for me at JBS. Just because you don't like the answer don't matter to me, the truth is the truth..

Mrs Angel I was asked, so I told the truth, In this country there is a thing called freedom of speech.. And as long as I am asked a question I will answer it truthfully, I am sorry if my answer in some way offends you. But don't you think that if someone asked you a question about a trucking company and all you did was say the good things about it, it would be one sided. That is why stncold1 is on hear, he works for JBS management it is his job to make JBS look good. Is my opinion not worth as much as his to drivers looking for info on jobs at JBS?

I wish the driver who was told to unplug his qualcom would tell us who is the driver manager who told him to do this?? Let's get the facts and answer questions as these are serious accusations and need to be backed up with names.. I hope this isn't an ongoing practice there. I'm glad to see some constructive post on here today and hope this thread continues with more useful information on JBS Carriers and drivers experiences there.. What's my motive you say? I am interested highly in driving for JBS but want more info and feedback before making a move.. Keep the feedback coming and good luck to everyone!!

Mrs. Angel here. My husband is a driver there and he is doing just fine. He said to tell you, you are full of it. That is what he said not me. Anyway you never answered my question. Are you still currently employed with JBS? What happened in the past is in the past. JBS is trying to better themselves. Let it go already. Anyway for those of you who want to know, my husband says the miles are up there, he will have 3500 in less than two weeks. Everything legal. He is happy with hours, sites, and his Peterbuilt. Stay safe. An Angel is watching over you.

Rickway65 I hope that fallinagel answered one of your questions. Did she or did she not just say that her husband is going to get 3500 in a two week period that is 1,700 miles a week at .40 a mile = $680 week before taxes and insurance, wait I forgot they lowered there stating wage since I started to .30 so it is $510.00 week.

I have heard the same thing from other drivers as well about their DM asking them to unplug the QC.. I would very much so HC is correct in that statement... Personally was never asked to do it here but some drivers where asked to do so. Do I remember their names no, and I am not even sure who their DM's were or if they are even with JBS any longer.. So this is something that has happened and maybe they got wise to this matter and got rid of them DM's who knows..

But I do believe it's .30 Cents pm and .10 pd which would make it .40 total..

    rickway65 Thanks this.
