Hello every one i am a new bember not a driver but a diesel tech

    Looking to buy a truck to have driver drive for me as extra income or realy just to do it dont need the money is it worth it want to go with mercer can it be profitable

    Welcome jeremyh. Trucking is oftentime a great way to get rid of money...sometimes even if you're trying hard not to. Good luck to you in your venture.

    A few years back, when I left Mercer there is a guy named Darrel Knowles (or something like that) that had 4-5 trucks leased with Mercer. He didn't drive any of them. He did the in house safety inspections on Mercer trucks and ran a highway repair truck when not inspecting for Mercer.

    PS- Mercer is a great company, the only reason I left is because they couldn't keep my double-drop busy. You will never be short of freight with a flat bed.
