If I go with the 130-9710 and leave everything like it is for now what will it do for me? Power? anything at all? I plan on doing turbo ecm manifold later, but need to save more funds

Does anyone know what the 130-9710 camshaft sells for? Are there any other parts required to switch over to this cam?

you'll gain roughly 50 hp. I'd do the cam now and you can always do he other upgrades as funds become available

Some dealers won't give you the core exchange on this part number. The reason is you aren't returning the exact part number for the core.

They can build up weld on it then regrind it.

or maybe they put layers of duct tape on it to build the lobes back up. lol

A reman cam can be just as good as a new one.

It all comes down to if it was done right but the same thing goes for a new one. just like a new truck should not breake down but they do.
