OK, I finally gpt my first load as a solo driver from Ft Worth, Tx to Los Lunas, NM.

I stopped at 5 Loves trying to buy a TND 700 and they were all out of stock ... wtf?

Finally I buy the last one they have at the Loves in Tucumcari. I do all theupdates. Punch in my destination.

Loves in Tucumcari to Walmart DC in Los Lunas.

It says there is no legal truck route ... WTF?

Needless to say I am NOT impressed with my 485.00 expenditure.

have you checked the truck settings on the unit? have you checked the local truck restrictions? every state is different. i normally set my unit to 80000 pounds and 53 foot trailer but if you are hauling something different then you have to change the settings. the no truck route message is wonky at times. first delete the message on the screen. then redo your route. it doesn't delete the message once it pops up. now the weird thing is if there is a little piece of a long road that is not truck capable then it will mark the entire road as no trucks on the unit. if you know it is ok then go for it.

Is this update going to have US-75 in southern Okahoma fixed? Meaning through Okmulgee and on south to Henryetta, OK. Currently the unit is calling it US-62 and when you head south to Okmulgee and get about mid-way through that city it wants you to take a left on another highway I forget the name or number of it. But the unit is calling the highway that runs north and south through Okmulgee and Henryetta US-62 when in fact it is US-75, that's what everyone and their brother knows it as is US-75, through the city of Okmulgee it is also called Wood. But when you get to that mid-way point in Okmulgee where the unit wants to direct you to make that left turn if you are heading south and you ignore it and stay on US-75 going south the unit says "Weight Violation" and it won't recalculate the route. It is not weight restricted there, it is posted good for 43 tons. I first used the tell rand option or by email from their site, I forget which, about this when their first units came out with the 5" screen that I had and it seems like it has been a couple years ago and they responded by email saying they will correct this. Now fast forward and I bought another unit, the 700, it still isn't corrected, even after I mentioned it to you Mark about 5 or 6 months ago. Thought I would try to tell you after messaging Rand about it and not corrected. But it still isn't corrected. I know nothing is perfect or going to be, but after telling Rand about this and some time later mentioning it to you Mark, it still isn't fixed is a little bit of annoyance cause I travel that way multiple times a week so I deal with it for awhile. I am not trying to offend anyone, just been dealing with this one annoyance for a very long time and on two seperate units I have purchased. Would just love to see it fixed! Thanks. :biggrin_25520:

I'm not sure as to what Rand is doing, but what ever they did, I'm now having memory issues with my 700 unit. Keeps poping up to turn off / restart or select a wierd memory (Im guessing a lower form or a reduced amount) of memory.

    what gives here mark?

Driving up US 54 from OK into Liberal, KS it showed as if I was driving through and empty field lol. It did come back together before I got into Liberal.

Is there a way to see the entire route when you have multiple stops? I cant figure it out.

"Empty field" syndrome means that the map version didn't have that stretch of road in it yet.

You cannot see the entire route on a multi-stop yet. Soon though methinks...
