    About hap
    Biography
scorned trucking student got screwed by Star transportation. All Trucking Companies suck

    where do i start...??

first, you might be a "fly-over poster" never to return again....which thus far, you haven't...

next, i too think that maybe you took too many cash advances, or with whatever money you were getting you blew it on things like expensive foods at the truck stops, when you could have budgeted better and ate pancakes instead of steaks....

as a newbie, i am as sure as i can ever possibly be, that when you went into orientation, YOU WERE TOLD all you needed to be told...

i highly doubt any trucking company, as big as Star is to withhold any money from you, so your ranting is BS.....

i wish you well in your quest to be a driver, but the drivel you spewed here is just that....as it fell not only on deaf ears but on a whole lotta come backs which were NOT in your favor....

Hap need serious mental help. Ok, Star screwed you, So what. Consider it a learning experience. Move on with your life. Star has so many lawyers that would keep this tied up in litigation until you died. Suing a large trucking company on your own is not a smart idea. I can not think of a lawyer that would touch this case. I don't think this guy should be dealing with guns. He is a couple of bricks shy of a load.

Unless he's a FEDERAL Judge the US Marshals have no use for him and besides, the US Marshals job is to PROTECT the Federal courts, Buildings and Judges and people who work for the federal courts. They could care less about any thing that goes on out side of these things except to arrest anyone on a wanted list, help other police departments if help is needed confiscate things that a federal judge or court says to and a few other things, but the US marshalls really do not care about trucks, truckers or anything that happens at a shipper or receiver unless it's against the law and in their purview.

So don't call the US Marshalls for anything to do with anything except for if you know where someone is on their wanted list or actually anyones wanted list. Anything else will get you a good laugh!ESPECIALLY if DOT is going to break a seal on any kind of load even a gooberment one, or how a shipper or receiver is treating you or a police officer is going to search you truck! They WILL laugh at you if you do! I've heard the laugh many years ago after falling for the old truckers tale! LOL

It is likely that the trainers logbooks are perfectly legal. Just a "know-it-all" trainee who didn't listen during logging class in school. As for the stolen logs, if he avoids arrest for theft, they would likely be declared inadmissible by a judge anyway. Stolen evidence is usually frowned on in court.
