On a KW the ratio is on the drivers door jam sticker. Not sure on a pete but if your feeling spunky it's on the axles.

You could always call pete with the vin number and they can tell you what the ratio was when it was built.

First thing that came to my mind was the door sticker, unfortunately it's not there. I'll just call dealer and see.

I feel like I've seen it on a sticker at the bottom of the glove compartment on a Pete before.

The sticker is there but it's not telling me the gear ratio. It shows stuff like vin number, date of production, original address ....

I just had some work done at Montana Peterbilt, they did valve adjustment and some other stuff. Problem is, that after overhead my truck is getting less mpg then before?! Any suggestions welcome. I also find out that my gear ratio is 3:55 My ECM has not been flashed yet.

I have to make one more trip before I'll send ECM to Mr. Honey. After valve adjustment, engine sounds better and it doesn't shake like it did before.
