Just throwing something out there. if you bought a new car and in 1 month they released a new year would you expect them to let you "trade in" your car for the newer model just cause they just released it? i wouldn't. id just say oh well ill wait a year or 2 and get a newer model then.

No, but if they released it with software on the engine computer that caused it to stop running when the software expired, I'd #### well expect an update. Actually, I wouldn't buy the piece of junk.

As new versions are released, they are tested on all models and all models can be updated to the latest version.

Now their are some things in the works for the "ahem" new models, but what it is I cannot say.

Remember, features are added as the TND grows. I work on the research and destroy (R&D) end of the business, so I am not involved in the business decsions.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Yeah, I've got 6 months to go on my 2 year buyback and now they're talking about eliminating it before I can use it. That's the kind of thing that makes me switch companies out of spite, regardless of service quality.

Rand does a pretty good job of listening to their customers, though. I think if there's a way to make all the new features they come up with available on all their units, old ones included, they'll work tirelessly to find it.

    Mark Kling Thanks this.

There was a 710 in a Loves in central IL, still had the 500 in the case too.
