People are not joking about DAC report content.

I have my Dac, and its blank, every page lol

 

Isn't that obsolete now with the newly available PSP?

 

The typical mentality is "This hasn't happened to me, there is another side to the statement that was not listed, so therefore the driver is lying"..etc. What really kills me is that those who throw accusations simply were not there or in the other person's shoes to begin with.

I'm not sure if the PSP will replace DAC.

 

I would assume,

everybody that wants a copy, has a copy of thair DAC !!!!!!

If it cost $500.00, I could see complaining.

It's freakin' free...........takes 60-90 seconds to request it.

Everybody get thairs. then you'll KNOW what's on it.......

 

no...DAC is still very much with us..PSP is for a whole 'nutter way to get you.

I've never worked for anybody that reports to them. Not really sure what it is, but it seems like a really easy way for a future employer to do a simple background check on a driver. I'd be very suspect of an employer who took that kind of information as irrefutable. Don't think I'd work for somebody like that. Sht happens on the road, if any company would refuse a driver because somebody backed into him at the hook, or he was late for a load because of an apocalyptic snow storm, I'd say that you'd be better off looking for another company.

 

I backed into another truck at a Flying J. I was company driver and truck I hit was company owned. Minimal damage. Again, happened at truck stop. Cops were not called. Is this going to show up on my DAC report? Thanks

31 years of driving and there is nothing on my DAC !
I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that I never worked for bottom feeder companies?
Or that I have been leased to this company for 15 years?
Oh well either way it works for me !
I still get a copy every year just to see what it says!!
