being local I dont run as much highway, as some of you know ive been out on the big roads this week. I was running I44 today between 75-80mph, and I had a couple of guys pass me, and I saw some "big company" trucks that seemed to motor along pretty well. I did pass one fella on I44 and I stopped at two rest stops (I like to stretch my legs and move around a bit) and then caught him and passed him on I70, lol

My husband's company just purchased some new trucks and quickly put them out on the road since they were short on trucks. But they didn't get a chance or forgot or whatever and the trucks weren't turned down to 62. He is loving being able to actually drive the speed limit sometimes.

I understand this, got cut back, don't have the power to take over anything, why get in the left lane unless you want to stay there for 4 + miles. Makes a difference on miles. Just settling back!!

my truck goes as fast as the driver wants it to. Most days that's the speed limit some times it's a bit heavier

    #### the insurance companies. Most companies are self insured. It has nothing to do with the top speed of the truck. It's the person behind the wheel in control not knowing what they are doing that causes accidents.
