Ah yes...another attention-getting, misleading headline. Half the people who see the headline won't even read the story to get all the info.

This time they didn't, I live in Ut even though my bio says Mt..saw the interview with the driver this morning on the local news. He is still in the hospital with some broken bones and a colar on his neck but he is doing quite well considering...

Note: he just was married 2 wks ago and his wife thought someone was pulling her leg when she got the phone call.

 

In regard to the pickup, how is turning into another vehicle 'evasive maneuvering'?...Evasive maneuvering to me is a 'safe' maneuver, not caring about where you're going and only thinking about yourself in the process isn't...If it's not safe to avoid an obstacle, you hit it and hope for the best, he should be ticketed...If the semi driver had been the one avoiding the debris and ran a 4 wheeler off the road, I think we'd see a different headline...I hope the semi driver recovers fully and suits the pickup driver for negligence and damages...
