U.S. exporters such as Appleton Papers Inc. of Appleton, Wisconsin, and Mary Kay Inc., the Dallas-based cosmetics seller, have urged Obama to reach an agreement to put Mexican trucks back on U.S. roads

They only care about themselves, how about US Trucking companies that will go out of business

Do any of us TRULY believe that a Government official of ANY country actually wants to "remove restrictions"?

More regulation and enforcement for fun and profit.

1-Create a problem with new regulation.

2-Let the new problem irritate a group of citizens or raise the ire of special interest activists.

3-Claim that Government is aware of the problem and is studying it. Or in negotiations to try and understand it.

4-Announce that there is now a serious problem and that Government has the solution.

5-Introduce new laws, policies, rules and regulation that appear to address the original problem, but actually expand the problem and create new ones.

    6-Repeat steps one through five.
