Did you READ all those all kinds of paperwork or just sign them? You must have signed something that said you were responsible for them. Let this be a lesson to everyone. READ BEFORE YOU SIGN! ANYTHING!
If not, I think I'd be leaving with anything you paid for! -
**** yea also one of it asked you to agree that if you quit within 90 days ,company will charge you 200 $ for that

how long did you work for them. I saw a ad for otto. they were looking for drivers.

Jump over to their Bottom Dump division, forget trash haul.

I use to be a belly dump driver. It was alright. You never get a chance to get out of the truck.

I worked for them back in 01-02, they treated me well, but i too was in belly dump division. The $200 charge for quitting prior to 90 days was to cover orientation, hard hats, reflective vests, etc. They probably get enough people "jumping jobs" trying to find the perfect one, that they have to cover expenses too.
Bry13 Thanks this. -
Otto is one of those wonderful company's that give a you piece of JUNK to drive then can't understand why its breaking down all the time. They don't pay for all of your time you spend doing there business, driving there junk around from place to place for repairs. They have absolutely no respect for drivers and could care less that the seat dosn't adjust properly or the steering columb is broken and will not adjust or the AC doesn't work and its 110 outside. They run recapped tires that go flat all the time but what the heck, they are not going to pay you for all the time you are waiting by the side of the road anyway. The trucks run 55-60 mph and they pay by the load, but what the heck this way there ceezy tires last longer and you work more hrs for less money. They provide you with zero training and expect the other drivers to "help" you. What they don't understand when the other drivers will not help you is that they are not getting paid to train and every minute they spend with you is money out of there pockets. If you want to drive JUNK around for 70 hrs per week 6 days and end up with a $9 per hr job then this is the place for you.
