Anybody have any opinions, comments, and would like to share their stories about Roehl. I am interested in applying for a job there. I wanted to test the waters first.

    Thanks.

Roehl is a training company now. They are also taking alot of owner operators. Some guys claim they are running good, but many have been sitting at terminals waiting for their old fleet trucks to be fixed.
We seem to wait longer than others to get our next load, and alot of long waits at shippers.Roehl like their money more than driver money, and some of the drivers dispute that but a lot of company drivers are close to leaving.
They are instaling rearward facing cameras now and that is not going to sit to well

For real? That seems crazy. Maybe so. My take is Roehl is like most companies there is good and bad. You just need to decide what is important to you. If you want miles there are places to go where you'll get miles, but you may be pushed past your log book to do it. If safety is your thing, go to Roehl, you're miles will suffer but you're less likely to be pushed past your book. If you feel like you are let them know your safety concern and 9 times out of 10 they'll listen to you. If your FM doesn't listen, kick it up the food chain (and trust me if there is one thing they have it's managers.)
