my point was I have a #### load of experience and should be compensated for it more so than a rookie.....

give it some time I guess maybe bulk tank would work for you they don't surge....I'm going up to the 'Cuse and meet with that outfit Mon or Tues and see what they have to offer as an overall package....If you interested holler at me..

Thats what I'm weighing now less pay and more miles (IRT) or take more pay at less per mile (hazmat liquid tank or dry bulk)....The fact that IRT seems, or so I've read, lets you run means a lot plus the equiptment looks very well kept which is another huge plus...

Something to ask one who has been there awhile but back in the day if it was not covered under warranty IRT did not fix it and hardly ever serviced the equipment an oil change was change filters and top off the oil. You will run though but that will change in a few years. Good luck to all of you IRT drivers not bashing but relaying what they used to be like back in the 90's when we really ran the miles.

They service the trucks every 25,000 miles. and if something breaks on the truck, then they send you to the nearest peterbilt to get it fixed right away (if it is something that can be fixed cheaper by our own shop and you are headed to florida, then they usually bring you into the yard to get it fixed) but yeah, they take real good of there equipment.
