Unbelievable Why was this guy on the road???

and yet another reason i am so adamant against ex-cons from even getting a CDL in the first place...i have always said this..ex-con, felons, whatever, should NOT be able to work as drivers....period....

but, everyone else thinks they "deserve a chance".....yeah...to do this sheet......

oh well.....

he'll be out soon enough and most likely driving again....count on it..

 

I have a feeling he wont be driving a CMV again. I have no idea how he got behind the wheel of that truck. sheesh

 

Are you f&$%ing KIDDING me?!? According to the news report, he stopped long enough to pull the motorcycle from under his trailer, then, knowing without any doubt whatsoever that he had just been in a wreck, he flees the scene. After killing another human being. And he's more worried about his own skin. "I'm getting ..." Well, what about the other guy?!?

An MVR dated in April of 2010 inside the truck indicating his license was suspended, yet, driving for this outfit anyway. How could the company not have known about it? I have to recertify my record every year. He had a copy of his in the truck. WTH, yo?

I just....don't know what to say...

 

I recall reports the CCC(?) driver out of Jax, FL who crashed into the stopped school bus and the vehicles behind it - many casualities. Took place in Florida. Witnesses stated the driver was smirking and taking photos of the carnage with his camera phone. He was sentenced to prison as I recall.

do you realize how many criminals/ex cons drive for a living,hell anyone can get a licence to drive a truck, maybe not a dangerous goods job,like tanker,explosives or,whatever but anyone can drive a truck if u have a pulse.

 

License, perhaps, hired...not so easy.

 

And that has what to do with what i said? I simply answered your question of what is a cmv. I know there are plenty of criminals driving a truck.

 

That's what I was thinking. He kills a guy and takes down two seperate telephone poles and gets stuck on a guardrail and over revs the engine and then the moron is thinking...
