Nothing in particular, I just found what I think is a better and more profitable oportunity for me and my family. I really can't say anything negative about Cheeseman.

Well to update my new situation. After much thought and research I have decided to do the LP at CRST Malone. I know, I know....I can here all of you saying SUCKER! I know a few guys that have been there for awhile and are very succesful and making great money. There sytem is set up alot like landstar, you use there loadboard and there agent network to find your loads. If you hussle and build relationships with the agents you can excel here.
I'am currently under a load that is paying the truck $2.76 per mile. The load before that paid $1.85 to the truck. I know several people here that are averaging $1200-$1700 a week after all expenses. I figure my learning curve will be about a month, but it seems pretty straight forward. I just pulled up all the loads within 150 miles of me for Monday, and they are ranging from $ 1.65 to $2.45 per mile. If you talk to guys who have been here awhile they say once you build realtionships with the agents the real gravy loads don't ever make to the load boards and they will call and offer them to you before they post them.
I will keep you updated on my progress in the future. Take care and be safe.Lonesome and canuck in da truck Thank this. -
Good luck on your new adventure Runningman

Hey there carter. I been with cheeseman for about 2 months now. Not doing to bad. Taking home $725-$1200 a week. Mostly drop and hooks. Every week is different, with a little bit of ltl to spice things up. Seems to me that the guys running out a /Duncan do longer runs. I run mostly east and west between the fort and Connecticut. I drive a "07 volvo. Seems like everyone wants one of those Pro Stars. lol
Got caught in that snow storm last sunday night in Tunkahanock, Pa. Hope that's the last snow or ice for the season. Started the week slow, finished strong. I was following runnin man's thread. Seems to me he had it made here, and gave up a good thing.
