    He's a lucky individual to be alive considering the damage to to the car. The news report states also that he hit back of semi but the pics show he went under side of trl?.

    my question is. was the officer speeding? did he have the berry and cherry on? somethin is fishy here for the t/t to get the ticket. as usual the leo's put blame on someone who may not be at fault and say their own "had the right o way". I want to see the dash cam of the officer and then decide on the person at fault.
    granted im no lawyer but in court the officer story wont hold water without the video evidence.

    I don't see anything "fishy" at all....The guy pulled out of a driveway into the path of the cop.
    It is always the responsibility of the driver entering the highway to make sure that it's clear.

    failure to yield is a common citation in that type of accident.
