I read this article and came away with one overiding feeling - and question: how many government loans, and from whom, did Ms. Banks get to start this 'green' endeavor?

The devices described in the article are widely known and easily available - it's not like drivers or companies are so stupid that they need to 'fall' into Coberg, Or. to discover them from Ms. Banks.

The trucking business is HUGE; if Swift or Werner or Joe Blow from Cocomo knew of a fuel saving device (and that's what this all boils down to) they'ed soon have it at about 1/3 of the price Ms. banks could even buy it for - much less sell it. Soon after, everyone would have it - and they wouldn't have to buy it at an inflated (Oregon, no less!) truck stop price.
