Hi there, my boyfriend and I are looking for some info. We have fallen on some hard times with our finances so he's been looking into truck driving.

We looked into CR England but we live in New York and he would have to go to Indiana for training for 2 weeks + 90 days. Our first baby is due in 95 days!!

We were wondering if there are any schools in NY or near NY (PA,MA,NYC,NJ,CT,etc) that offer a train to work program? Or that guarantee work? We really don't have the money upfront to pay for the training which is why we're needing train to work.

I've researched alot but its hard to find what I'm looking for. His uncle is a trucker but never really went through school.

Any info would be REALLY appreciated. Thank you!!

Well he's going to have to pay for training one way or another. The best way is pay for schooling upfront, can family loan him 2,800?Go to a school like Smith Solomon in NJ ,then Class A CDL in hand apply to CO's that offer tuition reimbursement, repay loan from tuition reimbursement. If he didn't make it through Cr englands program he would owe them a big hunk of $,and they will ruin his credit if he doesn't repay them.
