I got my GPS from The TA in North Canton,Ohio brand new Sept 2010.
I have had problems in the past with unit before.
Once you had sent me the SD card to correct previous issues and also once I had to send you my unit to reload the data.unless you sent back the wrong unit to me
my serial # is B 03T7E985744.
about a month later after getting my unit back Rand McNally sent me another SD card that's when the expiration date showed after I down loaded it saying 3/15/11.
I'm so unhappy with spending $500 for on going bugs with this GPS.
Any input would be great

Well sent my 710 in friday they., support called today said they got it ok.
They are putting in an order for a new one to be sent out today and I should have it by 3:30 pm tomarrow. I sure nope it works as well as everyone is saying it does. This may turn into a good week.

 

Randmcnally 510 update, used it all day to. Real BIG OPPS, left Linden NJ going to Brewster NY with a loaded tanker, propane. I have it set to "flammable gas" it wanted me to go oer the George washington Bridge. Anyone who hauls propane knows you cannot do this. $10,000 fine 30 days in jail. Im going to change the truck info to "gases" and see if that makes a difference next time. Also, I think its suppose to track milage be the state, if it dose I cant find it, but I'll look into that. Otherwise i like it.

 

I got the replacement 710 today at 10:30 am. charged it and am testing it. everything seens great to this point. will post an update latter in the week.

My TND 700 broke about an hour and a half into my first load and its first load. The highway was closed i had to reroute around. The screen froze, turned a lighter tint, then died about an hour later. PLUGGED in the whole time. I tried everything their support lines told me to do. They said i could mail it to them and they would mail me a new one. Unfortunately I drive and am never home nor have the ability to use the ups label they emailed me. So i have a 450 dollar useless appliance under my bunk until i go home. Which will be enough time to mail it to them, but not get the new one in the mail.
