glad you made it we had to stop for 4hr's in laramie, wy. snow ice wind freeway was close for about 10-11hrs. we were hopping we were done with that for the winter but NOOOOO.
if you get that load to boise don't follow the driver tech in you will NEVER make the turn onto cloverdale. instead take I-80 ex 46 go north (off ramp right lane to middle lane) drivertech will tell you to turn right on e. franklin (DON'T DO IT) go straight down the hill cross R/R then go 2 more lights, at 2nd light E.Ustick TR (end of shopping center) now go 2 lights to Cloverdale and TR. fedex will be on the right just before the 2nd light 2nd drivway just before the substation. then you'll know why you couldn't make the turn from the otherside. when you leave fedex b/t or with an mt tr and south over the freeway then TR at E. Overland then about 3/4 mile you TR on S Eagle and your back on the freeway...... like i told you the other night all we do is this run.
BTW if you want to stop and grab a GREAT burger you have to stop at the junction T/S it's on your route IA I-29 ex 10 (SR 2) after you TL (on your route) you will see 2 T/S on the right and a little one in the left at the light (you want the one on the left) if you like burgers you will love theirs, if they don't have any made it takes them 12min's to make them.... well worth the time

Thank you for the driving directions. I just copied and pasted into an email to me so I can follow later. We are in Kansas City picking up to Boise. -
we missed r ld yesterday because we were late getting into boise so we have to wait until 2moro will b over their around 1100. the drivertech would take you in the right way but with the construction you'ed never make the turn with a trailer

We are going to get in about noon tomorrow. Hope to see you.
BTW, the mushroom swiss burger wrapped in that buttery garlic dough at the Junction was amazing. Great advice and we will be making that stop again. -

Well, we have been busy. Full info on the blog but we are getting 5500 to 6000 miles a week, making good money and our fleet manager is awesome. We are on home time right now with the kids in Crested Butte Colorado having a great vacation. We are heading to the terminal in tunnel Hill next week to get the repair work done on the truck from my deer killing incident and some other stuff. Looking forward to seeing the grand-kids.
