Before anyone is quick to judge me, be advised.. Arrow has offered a settlement not much over the purchase price of the truck at 32k.. I guess Arrow offered that because they did nothing wrong... Yeah!
When I get it in a readable format, so readers can put it all together, I will get the information out there, and then, only then may you decide who was in the right. Lawyers, were unsure until they saw and heard everything too. I am glad someone questioned my post, it makes me want to work that much harder to get it done.

If so, I would get the hell off the internet forum, and stop casting negativity on them before they rescind the offer... lawyers are human, too, to a point, and if they see you bashing Arrow, they may just tell you to get fornicated. I've certainly seen it happen quite a few times.

Hey bridgesuite, grow a brain and shut the hell up until you have the money in your account. If this is true about you getting a settlement you can guarantee there will be a 'shut the hell up' clause tied to it, so you won't be getting the information out there. If you are dumb enough to still crow about what happened then they will own you. Can we expect a 'Arrow is the best company in the world, I love em!' thread once they treat you right and hand over the cash?

Me? No? Just didn't want the load or permanancy of owning a truck just yet....dabbled in a lease with a very small carrier, friend of a friend sort of thing.

I experienced first hand what 28 days of downtime (but no hometime) in 4 months does to paychecks versus the other costs, and realized I didn't want to lease a used truck that had been beaten by company drivers.
