my buddy just got hired at CRST

    hes gonna officially be a member of the Crash Roll and Stunt Team

    hes about as smart as a bowl of pubes, was fired from schneider for getting the truck stuck twice in 2 days (in the summer), was fired from monarch beverage where he was a check bay attendant for putting diesel fuel in the windshield washer resevoir (see:bowl of pubes), and just overall has a terrible work history

    i hear that CRST is one of the worst companies to work for...so what should he expect?

    ill post back in a few weeks when he quits or gets fired

    I guess he should be happy he got a job, that's if he makes it through orientation. Not sure if he needs to mature or get another line of work. But, tell him good luck, anyway. Trucking is serious business, not for goof-offs.

    Hopefully, for both of their sakes, he'll get paired up with someone who has experience, and isn't going to put up with stuff from him that'll put them both in danger. I can't be particularly optimistic that this will happen, from what I've seen when I went to CRST orientation in Oklahoma City (I drive for a small fleet owner who is leased onto CRST Malone), but I could pretend to be, perhaps?

    He can plan to get paired with several different drivers over the course of several months.
    He can plan to not make much money and to be stuck out on the road for a month at a time or more.
    He can plan to kick himself for not going to one of the many better company's around till the day he leaves.
    Hopefully he does not think that they are representative of the whole industry. Nobody else is like that accept maybe england.
