I don't see the coorelation between the rise in minority population and the increase in crime. There isn't any.
Why don't we just blame it on the likelyhood the passenger was under the influence of moon-beams?

 

The correlation does not come from the minority per say; rather it comes from the impoverished who are participants in our welfare system. Don't try to live on it as there is not enough to go around to even take care of citizens these days.

Crime will always be up when poverty levels are up. Minorities are a major part of the impoverished and therefore, are statistical data supplied form police and prison records of cities, and states. However, you don't have to be a minority to be a criminal or impoverished.

 

So, does anyone know if Tennessee player Pacman Jones was in Long Beach at that time? It sure sounds to me like someone ought to check his location......
