Our company drivers will range from 55K-65K this year. Ind Contractors 150-200K. We haul farm and construction equipment from IA to the Midwest and East Coast. Small company atmosphere, home 36-48 hr/week, new equipment, and great pay. Ind Contractors...we will limit your empty miles, keep your rate per mile high, and get you a FSC. We have an excellent fuel discount (normally around .25/gallon disc from pump price). Questions? Send me a PM. Visit our website for more information, www.papetransfer.com. Rest assured we will tell it like it is.

4 weeks ago our contractors averaged 1.68/mi on ALL MILES. This includes stop pay, OD, FSC, etc, and is based on HHG miles. We just got a big rate increase from our largest customer. On many lanes this will be .50/mi gross. 1.68/mi does not include this rate increase. This will be a great year for our contractors. We want you to pull our trailer, but will consider contractors with a trailer. It is time to get compensated for what you do out there.

PS--this isn't just recruiter BS. Prospective drivers have a phone interview (or face to face if you are close enough) with the big Kahuna. We will also put you in contact with our other contractors. They will give you the scoop on what its like to work for us. We would rate be honest and have you decide not to sign on then to have you (or us) unhappy.
JimTheHut Thanks this. -
Chris, do you have age requirements for equipment ?

We will review anything. Older than 2001 is unlikely. Send me an email with a description, maintenance program and pics of the truck. Also, please include a description of your (husbands?) experience. You can find me email address at www.papetransfer.com.

cpape,I live in western iowa. is that to far away to work for you
-
If you are an open ind cont we could work with Western Iowa. Let me know exactly where you are talking about.

Too bad you don't hire out of the Des Moines area because I haul the same loads you do, and I work for the ones with the red trucks and yellow trailers out of Omaha. I moved to Des Moines to get home more, and now I never get through there.

jpt--Assuming your employment history and driving record checked out, I could offer the option of driving to our Waterloo terminal. It would be a 2 hour drive each way each week. It would be less than ideal, but it would be a place to start. Depending on how things work, it might be possible to get you through the house with the truck in the future. Let me know if you are interested or if you have any other questions. If this might interest you, you can print and fill out an ap from our website. My business email is also there if you have any questions.
