Power logistics company

Hello Everyone:

I am also trying to collect on an overdue invoice from Power Logistics. It is six months old now. I did manage to talk to "Amanda" once and she said that they were mailing it in February. In March, I called and she called back and said that it was mailed in December and that I should have it. She was going to check to see if it was cancelled and call me back later that day. I haven't heard from her again. Today I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I'd rather go that route than to turn it over to a collections agency. It'll be interesting to see how it turns out.

They're on a "no buy" with my factoring company. Just looked 'em up.

 

UPDATE:

The BBB sent an e-mail saying that they didn't handle these types of complaints. I could've sworn that I saw otherwise.

Anyway, I finally contacted Steve Beineman (the owner) and he said that they had sent out a check but that it was never cashed. He issued a new check and we just received payment today.

I have encouraged our operations department to refrain from doing business with them in the future. I just don't have hours to spend collecting one invoice.
