The Waffle House at I-75 exit 127 Lima, Ohio had a pothole so deep in their truck lot that guys were backing up in it and rolling up on their trailer mudflaps and pulling the hangers off... I watch an O/O do it once and boy was he pissed....

One time I foolishly tried to enter the Texarkana BBQ Shack and got stuck. It had rained so I couldn't tell how deep the holes were.

The Pilot on I-70 exit 23 in Brazil Indiana has a few potholes that'll swallow a axle.

Yeah, you've got to do some creative swerving to miss the pot holes on the way in or out of that Pilot....

That little lot is one of the worst I had ever seen. Last time i was there I saw a truck have to get pulled out by a flatbedder with a chain.

Unpaved truck stops do not have chuckholes, but they do have high and low spots. I came back to my rig after a meal in Detroit and discovered a smashed mirror and a note under a wiper blade. The owner of a small trucking company left me the note saying he was following his driver through the truck stop when their trailer leaned over while going through a low spot. He told me to have the mirror replaced and bring him the invoice.

I bought the necessary brackets and mirror and installed it myself. The trucking company owner reimbursed me and apologized, but I could see he suffered sticker shock not realizing his driver had bent the brackets as well as bust the mirror.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Pilot in Hammond, LA. I made the mistake of stopping in there once--it's like a motocross track, complete with 14ft jumps and whoop-de-doos.
