I have a 1999 c 15 2ws 550. I am getting fuel in radiator. Any ideas why? There is 700,000 on it and all original but turbo and 3 injectors. Thanks for the help.

Hi WH: Others, much more qualified than i will help you with your fuel problem.
I believe a 2WS is an "E" motor?
Congrats on the 700K miles. Hopefully this problem is also minor...wrenchead Thanks this. -
sounds like your injector tubes are bad

I had a 5EK do the same thing, injector tube o-rings for the cure...plus a boatload of labor!

If you going to replace the o-rings you might as well replace the cup as well while your in there, they arent that expensive, but as was said before the labor will be bad, so you might as well put new parts in while your in there and save the chance of one of the old ones crackingamd having to do it again.

Injector cup. Buy all new cups, CAT upgraded the cups a number of years ago to a better grade of steel. Your engine probably has the older design cups in it and this is the reason for the failure.
