Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

The toll is in both directions. Also the unit still calls the Triboro bridge The Triboro Bridge but is now Robert F Kennedy Bridge. I knew they changed the name because I am in that area all the time. If you get some one from the west coast over here looking for the Triboro bridge because gps says take Triboro may get confused.

 

I think they may need to know where and what road so they can correct it?

 

You may be trying to help, but I'll wait for the official announcements from the real Rand Mcnally spokesman/ombudsman on the forum, cc194217. No offense meant, but some of the info. you have given over the last few weeks, when you first appeared, has been wrong. cc194217 not only can, and does, give the official scoop and tech support, he does a great job of it.

As I said, no offense is meant and I know you are trying to help, but from my perspective, it really doesn't and has actually caused potential confusion.

 

I thgink Toll Booths should be listed as points in the trip detail screen.

 

Feature suggestion: display weigh stations and rest areas/parking areas/service plazas as you do on your Atlas (directionally). Let me know if I need to make the suggestion official via "Tell Rand." Thanks.
