    Well, her husband threw her out. They have three kids.

    The police and the school board say that due to her position as a school secretary and those students being current students in her high school, she committed a sexual crime.

    Her lawyer says that since she had no disciplinary responsibility or custodial oversight for those students, she cannot be charged with a sexual crime.

    Technically, you may be right but I think that she will be serving at least some time in prison.
