This is most the info I got from the past reruiter(Roxy) in Missoula. In the suggested items list, I've added some things in red myself to keep in mind for future need maybe:
Any questions from prospects or lookers from real Watkins and Shepard drivers?

We got 100 both Monday's. Said we will get the last 200 in a paycheck next week, as we didn't finish in time to get it this week. you'll need pens, atlas, clothes, and toiletries. DL if you have it already, SS card, medical card. if you don't have your perminate lisence, you can use a temp, but they will shut you down when it expires if you don't get a copy to safety. anything you can't live without while there. you can get a fedex address to send the want but not need items to yourself.

yeah my first load with no gps or internet wasnt fun. you can buy one if your in missoula and save the sales tax. i think i got mine at pilot in billings. and the atlas is useless for finding you actual destinations. i went to some little town way off the beaten path in wyoming. i got horribly wrong directions but by luck my bus ride up there with its 800 stops went right by it so when i saw it i remembered.

I might have to use that $100 to get myself an atlas since I don't exactly have the funds available at the moment. It's probably a dumb question but what exactly do trainees do for lunch? Like, is there a period of time during the day where one could go out and get something?

yea in conover they will take you out to lunch (you pay for yourself) or you can stay at the terminal or if you have your own car go where ever you want. Its a 1 hour lunch break.

Awesome, that works well for me. I leave for Conover tomorrow and I'm hoping things go well, you know? I've heard a lot about W/S and would really enjoy the chance to work for them.

A few guys in my truck driving class seemed interested in W/S before we all graduated and split ways. Sure hope some of them applied!
