Trucker cleared over YouTube-hit snagged car

I think that they must have fairer laws for truck drivers over there...

 

I have first-hand knowledge of this... although the car pretty much disappeared until it squirted out the driver's side and into the median.

I've driven quite a few cabovers and the visibility out the front really sucks. The one Freightliner Bus I drove was particularly bad. It even had a convex mirror hanging off the front so you could see what was directly in front of the truck.

 

Maybe he was running late for his timeslot and didnt want to stop.....

"ah, screw it, I'll check when I get there"
