I know this has been brought up before and many people say "just be honest, they will finf out sooner or later"

    But, I have
    1. Certified copy of my driving record
    2. Criminal History - Final Dispostion Report from my states DOJ
    3. FBI Criminal History

Do I have to 'be honest' about anything that does not show up in these documents? I mean, how would they find if its not there?

Be honest. They request tax records in some places. When you don't produce, they hang up on you.

I think the OP may be talking about a driving record or criminal issue that isn't showing up on those reports.

Tons of threads on here about 15 - 20 - 25 YO felonies and other issues getting drivers booted from trucking jobs ...

    Think about it.

    I don't have any felonies.

I am talking about my MVR mostly. The only violations on it are my DUI"s from 12 and 17 years ago which will stay on there for a lifetime, but all the other violations are gone.

On a side note, this I find wierd.

DUI's on MVR, but not on Criminal History.
OAR's on Criminal History, but not on MVR.

Another odd thing. There is a city ordinace violation on my criminal history. When I was 20, a person came at me with a knife, and I took it away. They were arrested for Assualt and I was arrested for State Disorderly Conduct. But after I talked to the DA, it got dropped to a city ordinance violation. A city ordinance violation is not criminal. :biggrin_25512:
