Havent been there in a few years but would go in early and usually got a dock and was out of there around my appt time. Dont think i was ever there longer than 4 hours.

I have picked up there several times and several times I have shown up for a pickup appt just for ES3 to tell me I have no pickup appt. Usually ends up getting scheduled again for about 12 hours out. I think they pull that when they are overbooked. I always got detention pay though.

Even drop and hooks often take an hour or more if they're busy. They assign you your empty in the traffic office and sometimes there are 20 drivers packed in line waiting for the window.

Often times when I do find the assigned empty it is full of skids. I've learned to just fix that with some wite out and write in the empty number I choose to take on the gate pass.

I've been there alot of times, fortunatley for me were all drop & hook. But i guess they're like all grocery warehouses, Don't care about the driver, they want theyre stuff at their own convenience.

I'm lucky, I do alot of C&S and were all drop & hook. I know they're just like all other grocery warehouses, They want ther're stuff when they want it with no concern about the driver that brings it. Sad but until something changes they all will continue to remain the same.
