    Either or. But if you don't have a CDL yet I would wait tell you get to TX then get it then have it transferred to your state.

    Good luck in that #### hole. You'll spend 2-3 days at a time at meat plants sitting and waiting for your load and the loads are good for an average of 600-800 miles before you sit some more.

    Will what I do since I drive for FFE is have the shipper's phone number and call them before I start rolling that way. If they say its not going to be ready and I havent left the yard I will try to get another load. As for the average miles out of the meat patch of 600-800 avg., Lets just say every time I went to the meat patch I am getting 1200 to 1500 miles. And yes it might be NY or LA but I'll take any load I dont pick and choose. As for as you say "Stink hole" and sitting for days we are not the only company hauling meat and yes you may sit for awhile if you do not call. I have no complaints about FFE.

    And on your #$#% hole I just wonder have you ever just seen just FFE sitting at these places? FFE works for me. I am the origanal poster of this thread. If you havent worked for them dont come in here and start bad mouthing something you have no idea about.

    I was looking at FFE school this morning on their site. Stopped at truck stop for a hotdog at lunch and started talking to a guy about the pretty weather here in TN , asked him who he drove for and he said FFE. What a coincidence. He said they have typical miscommunications but you have to be ahead of the game like any company. Find out your next load ahead of time. He's been their three years said he made $55000 last year. But for some reason he didn't recommend them. Told me to look at Prime. Lol

    Ill take that MEAT LOAD 1500 mi gravy:biggrin_25525:24 hrs to load. IF you know what your doing you get your rest/laundry/walmart/ hahahahahaha dumb ##### ill take it. Thank you for staying away from it.

    I think I wrote that Wong. I will take that meat load he was just saying just sitting and waiting more than 24 hrs. Like I said I call when I am at yard and they tell me its gonna be 48 hrs then I will look for another. I like going to the meat patch slot of miles out of it. Take it easy on me fancy......lol
