is conway a good otr company???

    I've been a driver for almost 2 years now and I now think maybe I can make some good money. Im with celadon now but. 31. Cents is kinda low I talked with one driver and he swore by them and had nothing. Negative to say about them ....so are the miles always good year round and how often will I get west of denver. I love to go out west but so far don't get there much. Once or twice every 2 months is what id like any feedback would be appreciated .....thanks

    Well I will say that all I found has been absolutely positive, now allow me to say, I am brand newk I was with Watkins and Shepard and they are awesome, and now I have switched over here, I am in Lancaster Texas and in Orientation, I am really impressed with what I have seen so far. TD24

    Been here 10 years,trust me you will ample times west of I-35 corridor(especially out of Laredo and or Lancaster),,miles are 120-135,000 depending on ur style of life,,,

    Cool.thanks for response yea im thinking about going to conway around june like I said I want
    to go out west like co,ut,ca,or area more than 2 times a year....thanks

    Got into Con-way right out of school. Great company. No complaints at all so far. The recruiters give you the straight scoop right up front. Miles are good. Equipment is top-notch. The whole company is very professional top to bottom.

    when I first went to see bout getting my cdl..they started telling me about conway and this that and the next thing well long story short i applied to comway and got a prehire the day i stared schooling...they seem like a pretty good company to start with.ortianation is aug 1st at the taylor mi terminal

    Are you waiting on loads a lot or do they keep you moving pretty much, I had a friend that worked for Conway Truckload a few years ago and he actually suggested them to me and everybody seems to be happy from the stuff I read so far looks like when I finish school in a month Conway will be my 1st choice what are average miles for solo otr drivers in a week, I wanna drive coast to coast.

    My friend said the hometime policy was for every 7 out 1 day off and you could save up to 30days is this the same still.

    Passenger policy whats the age and limitations I wanna bring my 12 and my gf and my bother and what is the youngest I have a 7yr old I'm sure it will be at least 10yrs old I wouldn't want him with me for a few yrs anyways just curious.
