If you have a good product it will sell, but you will have to buy your way into the market to get started.word of mouth adverising will take you from there.

    Also...

    Truckers want 'respect'...

Like what doctors get...respect..simple and plain..

The work we do, can be measured...but yet the work of those who make multiple salary of what we do, often can't...

    Just a little respect...that's a start...

Forget the 'Gimmicks', just make a high quality product for a reasonable price and stand behind your product.

I've got all the ink pens, can coolers, ect. I can use...
I would like a top quality product at a reasonable price.
Not what the market will bare, but REASONABLE price.

Standing behind the product would be good.
If my engine gives up after 200,000 miles, and I've never ran anything but your product, then I want a new engine.
Remember, most of us keep very good records of when the vehicle was serviced, what we used, ect.
But every time there is a so called 'Warranty' or 'Guarantee', the company finds some way to wiggle out of the deal!

    What a good advertisement?
Put a real, honest truck owner on there saying he got 2 million miles with your product,
Or give a GUARANTEE THAT MATTERS if we use your product every time.

You want to make a real splash,
When a guy uses your product for 2 million miles and the engine FINALLY wears out,
Buy his old engine (IE: Put a new engine in his truck for the old one) and use it for a display of how little wear there was in the engine (Cutaways showing cylinder walls and bearings, wear on the accessories like water pump or air compressor gears)

Do that a few times and the word will spread like wildfire!

    ----------------------------------

    What NOT to do,
Make all those little counter displays that show the oil climbing gears for 'Superior Lubrication',
Then neglecting to tell the customers the product doesn't climb or lubricate any better than regular oil after it's pressurized in a delivery gun or between gears the first pass!

    Truckers want a 9-5 life...

    Where they can earn $700-$1200 a week...maybe start at 7 am...get off by 3 or 4 pm...and off on weekends...and still have a life...

    That's what truckers want...

Truckers want to drive the grand ole big trucks, but be home nightly...

(except the ones who are new and desire to see the whole country)

Truckers want hourly pay...$15.00 an hour minimumn...

Yes...$700-$1200 a week, home daily...able to have a life, raise your family, have money...and still enjoy the prestige of driving a big rig...
