Just wanted to say that theres tons of information here on the TMC forum board from past and present drivers. It helped me out a lot for when I went thru TMC orientation and I thank all who took the time and effort to share their thoughts and advice. Good people on here for sure.
Was just reminded when giving "Son of a trucker" some advice.
Just a warning some of the instructors there can be A holes. The guy who did load and securement was a tough one but I hear he has been replaced. I heard some do it on purpose to see how you would react to criticism and pressure, which you may encounter on the road. Some might do it just because. Just keep a cool head and take it as its only two weeks. If you blow up on them you'll most likely be gone quick. Its a two week interview as well so be on your best behavior and not acting like a kid away from his parents/wife for the first time. You'd be surprised how many did in my class. Follow the rules no matter how silly it seems, and yes they do mean it when they say "Stay Off The Grass"
